Photography has always been an interest of mine and below are some of the photos that I have taken recenty. I don't claim to be a professional or particularly talented, and I certainly don't spend a lot of money on fancy cameras! In fact, my main camera at the moment is the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 which is a compact pocket camera, yet still manages to provide x10 optical zoom. Since most of my photography is oppurtunistic, it's nice to be able to have a small camera with you when you need it, rather than lugging around lots of extra kit. It's also particularly useful for the live concert photography, where it's a lot easier to sneak into the venue past the security than a large SLR hung around your neck! It also has excellent optical image stabilisation so you don't need a tripod for most shots, which makes life much easier when you're in the middle of the audience.
